Thursday: Morning Circuits (ABSA Stadium - Durban)
This is an old ride that has many years of history behind it, it is not a club specific ride. Everyone meets down on the Circuit opposite ABSA stadium, its fast so bring your race legs. The advice is, ride down onto the circuit and ride around slowly until one of the groups catches you, if you feel the group is too fast then drop out the back of the group and wait for the next one, there is always about 4 or 5 groups going around, find the one that suits you best and enjoy.

Venue: Cafe Java Umhlanga
Time: Meet at 04h30 to start riding at 04h45
Equipment: Any Bike & Light
Level: All levels welcome - easy slow pace
Duration: Umhlanga to Durban and back by 6am
