A huge well done to all the CycleLab SuperCycling KZN Club members who braved the 9 days & 930 off km of terrain from Heidelberg to Scottborough. Myles Tyler & Steve McMaster came in 17th overall (11th in their category). Dean Black & Brad Rolfe had an incredible journey, and came 61st (18th in the category). Considering that Brad (pictured right with Lauren Drummond, their Physio, and Dean Black) only started MTBing seriously about 6 months ago... this was a huge achievement, and inspiration to any MTBer thinking of doing an Epic or Sani. Well done!
Other riders to mention... David Simpson & Yusuf Kadwa: Over 58h30 of riding! Ow.Andrew McLean & Shan Wilson: 38h22 (winners of the race). Nice.
The Cycle Lab KTM team... Johan Labuschagne & Yolande de Villiers came in 4th (1st in their category)
And Cyclelab 3; Mark Thijs & Graeme Eliott came 28th (7th in their category).
