Cyclelab Ladies Success at Margate

Once again the Cyclelab Ladies excelled when they pulled off podium positions in every racing category at the Margate Centenery Cycle Challenge this weekend. The race route and conditions were tough, the bunch was split early and despite multiple attacks, Brenda, Sue and Lauren were unable to stay away and create an escape group from the second bunch on the road. With no flat sections to speak of, the downhill sections always allowed the chase group (including some Vets men) to catch up again! The team was, however, very happy with the teamwork and display of strength on the route, and look forward to trying again at the next race. Recognition must go to Simone Karshagen for showing "vasbyt", staying with the group and getting a very good result!

Congratulations to the team, we'll soon pull off the big one! Well done to all the Cyclelab Ladies that took part in the race...
